Previously got a quote from the dealership but was recommended this place through a google search Went in for service on my 5 Series as I was hearing some clicking and rattling noise when I accelerated. Dino greeted me as I pulled up and told me to wait inside as he was assisting someone else. When he came in I explained the situation and he asked for keys to diagnose and troubleshoot. They replaced my faulty thermostat, non-existent rear brakes, parking brake cable clip (which had been making an annoying rattling noise), cracked drive belt, and even performed A/C service; all at a fraction of the dealerships cost. I took my 2020 330i here, my first BMW, never had issues before, for I was nervous about where to take it to get fixed. This was an engine malfunction, scary I know.
